Selected Client Testimonials

International Twin Booking | Private Household

Karen supported our family as maternity nurse to our twin daughters from birth.

Before the girls arrived, she helped me prepare and organise everything they would need. She subsequently travelled internationally with our family for both work commitments and family visits, providing experienced and dependable support in our homes and in hotels.

Karen was entrusted with 24-hour sole-charge care of the twins when my husband and I were away. The girls were always happy, calm and content in her care. She adapted easily to our different homes and travel arrangements, blended naturally into our family life and worked very well alongside our household staff.

Karen’s experience, organisation and calm approach made our lives considerably easier during a very busy period. We were extremely grateful for the care and support she provided to our family.

High Profile Booking | Private Fully Staffed Household

We recommend Karen Carter for her exceptional work as a maternity nurse. She looked after my newborn baby granddaughter, and we couldn't have been more pleased with her services.

Karen was always punctual, professional, and compassionate. She was very knowledgeable about newborn care and was able to answer all our questions with ease. She was also very patient and understanding, which made us feel at ease as a new mother and grandmother allowing my daughter to recover from a traumatic birth with an ongoing illness.

Karen was very proactive in identifying any potential issues with the baby's health and was quick to act when necessary. She was also very organised and kept detailed records of the baby's feeding and sleeping schedule in her record book which was very helpful. She also assisted with handing over the care of the baby to a nanny which went well.

Long Term Booking

Karen came to us via recommendation as our first maternity nurse we booked had to cancel.

Karen helped us for several weeks for 24 hours, nights and ongoing remote support. We found Karen to be very knowledgeable and she helped us to guide our baby into a routine.  By the time she finished her booking with us our baby girl was a content baby, and she gave us confidence to care for her.
